Customer Support Assistant

Gravesend Ref: er_pe_001

Salary Package Circa £30 - £35K per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits - final salary company pension, annual bonus, private medical healthcare, social and sports club membership.

The Role

1. Reports to the Development Engineer and is responsible for delivering on projects across a number of engineering disciplines to schedule and within budget.
2. Required to design and manage projects from concept to completion.
3. Ensures compliance with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Performance related regulations, policies and procedures.
4. Working with other departments to develop the business in line with growth strategy.

The Requirements

1. An engineering graduate with preferably two or more years’ relevant experience in a heavy industry environment.
2. Predominately mechanical engineering experience however electrical engineering experience would be advantageous.
3. Proven skills in design work and project management and in achieving results. Some supervisory experience would be advantageous.
4. Enthusiastic and a team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Flexibility and willingness to rotate in various roles when necessary.
5. An excellent communicator with the vision and ability to improve efficiencies through process and technical innovation.
6. Strong commitment to continuous improvement, development and safety.
